The Process

The process begins with the purchase of the right raw materials. Depending on the wishes of the customer, different ingredients are used. Artisanal ice cream stands for taste and quality, which your customers will taste and love. We are for example in favour of working with local products such as fresh strawberries, asparagus, Aachener Print, cooking pears and Limburger syrup. The ingredients are mixed in exactly the perfect amounts and turned in special machinery to form the final ice-cream product. We always strive for the perfect balance in taste, structure and presentation. All products are made with love and in a traditional way.

 Presentation

We believe that the right presentation is as important as the taste. Anybody that sees our ice cream desserts will have all senses stimulated. That is why we take great care in presentation and packaging. Normally our ice cream is prepacked and presented in traditional style. We use convenient storage and display bins. This is due to the fact that some restaurants want to use the ice cream in different ways for desserts, but also because of transportation or limited storage space. Of course it is possible (upon request) to present the ice in special packaging in order to serve out the dessert directly. For instance: practical stylish single cups or presentation cups in line with the house-style.

Logistics

Thanks to our customer portal, new orders can be placed easily on our user friendly website. Weekly standard deliveries or custom deliveries, we ensure that your product is delivered on time and according to your wishes. Once the product is ready, we store the ice cream in-house until the desired delivery date of the customer. We also take care of all logistic issues, up to the delivery address. We use our refrigerated vans and all steps performed are in full compliance with the HACCP guidelines.

Advice

Customers are supported throughout the entire process, from storage to scooping and creating of sundaes. We also provide tips such as: what ice goes best with what dish or what flavours are suitable for the time of year.
